This south-facing front garden in Toronto's Degrassi neighbourhood was completely overtaken by weeds and grasses reaching up to six feet tall before we transformed it in the summer of 2022. We cleared the site entirely and installed approximately 500 drought-resistant native perennials suited to the full sun conditions, at a project cost of approximately $4,500. The garden continues to thrive with follow-up maintenance visits each spring and fall.
